I started as the 1st team coach at Chesham United and was part of two great FA Cup runs. We reached the 2nd round Proper after beating Bristol Rovers in the 1st round. The following year, we made it to the 1st round, losing to Peterborough away. After that, I coached at Enfield Town for a season before taking over at Enfield Borough for three years. Currently, I am the Head of the Girls' Section at Tekkers and also run my own coaching company called Football Focused Excellence.
